Quali calendari posso vedere?
Quelli dei tuoi account Google (Google Calendar) e Microsoft (Outlook, Microsoft 365), tutti insieme nella stessa agenda.
Crocevia conserva i miei eventi?
No: li legge dai tuoi calendari e ogni modifica viene salvata direttamente in Google o Microsoft. Nell'app una copia dei periodi già aperti resta sul telefono, per vederli anche senza rete.
Che differenza c'è tra «con il portale» e «direttamente dal telefono»?
Con il portale usi lo stesso account del sito e ritrovi tutto anche dal PC. Direttamente dal telefono l'app parla da sola con Google e Microsoft e i dati restano sul telefono, senza passare dal portale.
Ricevo due notifiche per lo stesso evento
I promemoria di Crocevia usano quelli impostati in Google o Outlook: se ricevi già gli avvisi da quelle app, spegni i promemoria in Crocevia (Impostazioni).
Come aggiungo il widget?
Tieni premuto su uno spazio vuoto della schermata Home del telefono, scegli Widget e cerca Crocevia: ci sono Agenda (i prossimi 14 giorni) e Mese.
Funziona senza rete?
Nell'app sì, per i periodi già aperti: puoi anche creare, modificare ed eliminare eventi. Le modifiche restano in attesa e partono appena torna la connessione.
Come entro in una riunione online?
Se l'evento ha un link di Meet, Teams, Zoom o Webex (nel calendario, nel luogo o nella descrizione) compare «Entra nella riunione». Sul telefono si apre l'app della riunione, se è installata.
Da dove viene il meteo?
Dalle previsioni di MET Norway, per la città che scegli nelle Impostazioni (la ricerca della città usa OpenStreetMap). È facoltativo.
Google mi chiede di nuovo l'accesso
Succede quando Google o Microsoft scadono un accesso: tocca Ricollega accanto all'account nel menu.
Dove rivedo la spiegazione iniziale?
Nel menu a sinistra, ingranaggio delle Impostazioni, Primi passi: quattro pagine da scorrere.
Quanto costa?
Crocevia è gratuita durante il periodo di lancio, con tutte le funzioni.
Come elimino l'account?
Dalle Impostazioni, Elimina account, oppure da account.tackora.it/elimina. I tuoi calendari restano in Google e Microsoft.

Which calendars can I see?
Those of your Google (Google Calendar) and Microsoft (Outlook, Microsoft 365) accounts, all together in one agenda.
Does Crocevia keep my events?
No: it reads them from your calendars and every change is saved directly in Google or Microsoft. In the app a copy of the periods already opened stays on the phone, to see them offline.
"With the portal" or "directly from the phone"?
With the portal you use the same account as the site and find everything on the PC too. Directly from the phone the app talks to Google and Microsoft by itself and the data stays on the phone.
I get two notifications for the same event
Crocevia's reminders use those set in Google or Outlook: if those apps already alert you, turn reminders off in Crocevia (Settings).
How do I add the widget?
Press and hold an empty space on the phone's Home screen, choose Widgets and look for Crocevia: there are Agenda (the next 14 days) and Month.
Does it work offline?
In the app, for the periods already opened: you can also create, edit and delete events; changes wait and are sent when the connection is back.
How do I join an online meeting?
If the event has a Meet, Teams, Zoom or Webex link, "Join meeting" appears; on the phone it opens the meeting app if installed.
Where does the weather come from?
From MET Norway forecasts, for the city you choose in Settings (the city search uses OpenStreetMap). It is optional.
Google asks me for access again
It happens when Google or Microsoft let an access expire: tap Reconnect next to the account in the menu.

How much does it cost?
Crocevia is free during the launch period, with every feature.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings, Delete account, or from account.tackora.it/elimina. Your calendars stay in Google and Microsoft.
