Questi termini regolano l'uso dell'app Crocevia e del sito crocevia.tackora.it, offerti da Simone Marchica, che opera con il nome Tackora. Usando Crocevia li accetti. Il trattamento dei dati personali è descritto nell'informativa sulla privacy.
Il servizio
Crocevia mette in un'unica agenda i tuoi calendari Google e Microsoft 365: li vedi insieme, crei e modifichi gli eventi, ricevi promemoria, usi i widget e, se vuoi, vedi il meteo dei prossimi giorni. Il servizio è gratuito durante il periodo di lancio. Possiamo migliorarlo, cambiarlo o aggiungere funzioni; se una modifica importante ti riguarda te lo diciamo nell'app.
Account e calendari collegati
- Entri con un account Google o Microsoft e colleghi i calendari che vuoi; devi avere almeno 14 anni.
- Crocevia legge e modifica i tuoi calendari solo per mostrarteli e per salvare le modifiche che fai tu. Puoi scollegare un calendario o revocare l'accesso in qualsiasi momento, da Crocevia o dalle impostazioni del tuo account Google o Microsoft.
- Con la modalità diretta dell'app i calendari sono letti dal telefono e i dati restano sul telefono.
- Sei responsabile di quello che succede con il tuo account: proteggi l'accesso al tuo telefono e agli account con cui entri.
- Puoi eliminare l'account e i dati da Impostazioni → Elimina account, oppure dalla pagina account.tackora.it/elimina.
I tuoi contenuti
Gli eventi e i calendari restano tuoi e restano nei tuoi account Google e Microsoft: Crocevia non li vende e non li usa per altro che per fornirti il servizio. Le modifiche che fai in Crocevia vengono scritte nel calendario d'origine.
Servizi di terzi
Crocevia si appoggia a Google Calendar e Microsoft 365 per i calendari e a MET Norway e OpenStreetMap per il meteo e la ricerca della città. Se uno di questi servizi non risponde o cambia le sue condizioni, alcune funzioni possono non essere disponibili. I link per entrare nelle riunioni (Meet, Teams, Zoom) aprono i servizi di quelle aziende.
Uso corretto
Non usare Crocevia per contenuti illegali, per accedere a calendari di altri senza permesso o per sovraccaricare o aggirare il servizio. Se succede possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'account, dopo averti avvisato quando è possibile.
Disponibilità e responsabilità
Facciamo il possibile perché Crocevia funzioni sempre e i tuoi dati siano al sicuro, ma il servizio è offerto «così com'è»: possono esserci interruzioni, ritardi nella sincronizzazione o funzioni non disponibili. Controlla gli appuntamenti importanti anche nel calendario d'origine. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso del servizio, per esempio un promemoria non arrivato. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.

Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the Crocevia app and of the site crocevia.tackora.it, offered by Simone Marchica, operating under the name Tackora. By using Crocevia you accept them. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
The service
Crocevia brings your Google and Microsoft 365 calendars into one agenda: you see them together, create and edit events, get reminders, use the widgets and, if you want, see the weather of the next days. The service is free during the launch period. We may improve it, change it or add features; if an important change affects you we tell you in the app.
Account and linked calendars
- You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account and link the calendars you want; you must be at least 14.
- Crocevia reads and changes your calendars only to show them to you and to save the changes you make. You can unlink a calendar or revoke access at any time, from Crocevia or from the settings of your Google or Microsoft account.
- With the app's direct mode the calendars are read by the phone and the data stays on the phone.
- You are responsible for what happens with your account: protect access to your phone and to the accounts you sign in with.
- You can delete the account and the data from Settings → Delete account, or from the page account.tackora.it/elimina.
Your content
Events and calendars stay yours and stay in your Google and Microsoft accounts: Crocevia does not sell them and uses them only to provide the service. The changes you make in Crocevia are written to the original calendar.
Third-party services
Crocevia relies on Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 for the calendars and on MET Norway and OpenStreetMap for the weather and the city search. If one of these services does not answer or changes its conditions, some features may not be available. The links to join meetings (Meet, Teams, Zoom) open those companies' services.
Fair use
Do not use Crocevia for illegal content, to access other people's calendars without permission or to overload or bypass the service. If it happens we may suspend or close the account, after warning you when possible.
Availability and liability
We do our best for Crocevia to always work and for your data to be safe, but the service is provided "as is": there may be interruptions, sync delays or features not available. Check important appointments in the original calendar too. Within the limits allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service, for example a reminder that did not arrive. The rights the law grants to consumers are not affected.
