Crocevia
Chi tratta i dati
Quali dati trattiamo
App in modalità diretta
Permessi chiesti a Google e Microsoft
I tuoi diritti
Sicurezza
I dati viaggiano solo su connessioni cifrate (HTTPS).
Minori
Privacy policy
Crocevia shows the calendars of your Google and Microsoft accounts in a single view and lets you create, change and delete events. You can use it from the site crocevia.tackora.it or from the Android app, which works through the site or in direct mode, without our server. This page explains which data we process, why, who we share it with and how you can manage it.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Simone Marchica, operating under the name Tackora. For any privacy question write to support.crocevia@tackora.it.
Which data we process
With the site, and with the app when it works through the site, our server processes:
- Account: you sign in with Google or with Microsoft. We keep the identifier of that sign-in, your name, your email address and, with Google, the address of your profile picture. Crocevia has no passwords: Google and Microsoft handle the credentials.
- Connected calendars: for each Google or Microsoft account you connect, the email, the name, the permissions granted and the tokens that allow reading and writing the calendars, stored encrypted on the server.
- Events: title, dates, location, description, attendees and organiser (with name and email) of the events in your calendars. The server reads them from Google and Microsoft when you open the calendar or search, keeps them in memory for a few minutes and does not store them in the database. What you create, change or delete, and your answer to an invitation, are sent to your calendar at your request.
- Preferences: language, time zone, calendar view and the calendars you hid.
- App on the phone: for each phone you sign in with, the device name (manufacturer and model), the dates of sign-in and expiry of the session and a fingerprint (hash) of the session code, never the code.
- Technical data: IP address and time of the requests to the server, for security and to fix problems; the date of last use, the platform (site or Android) and the app version, to know how many people use an old version.
- Days of use: for each account we record the days you use the app and an estimate of the time of use; only the administrator sees them, to give support and to understand how to improve the app, and we keep them for 13 months or until the account is deleted.
- Operations log: sign-ins, account connections and events created, changed or deleted, with the technical identifiers of the calendar and the event, the outcome, the IP address and, for sign-ins, the service used and the email. Never the content of the events. It serves security and to reconstruct a problem.
- Reports: only if you send "Report a problem": the message, the email for the answer (optional), the app version, the device and the state of the app (number of accounts and calendars, network, recent errors), never your events.
We do not sell your data, we show no advertising and we do no profiling.
App in direct mode
If in the app you choose to connect directly to Google and Microsoft, our server neither receives nor keeps your data: connected accounts, calendars, events already seen (for use without network), changes not yet sent, reminders, widgets and preferences stay in the private storage of the app on the phone. Sign-in goes through Google Play Services and Microsoft's official library. The server only receives the reports you decide to send and the request for the app version.
Weather (optional)
If in Settings you choose a city for the weather, we save in your profile its name, its coordinates (rounded to 4 decimals) and how many days to show. For the forecast we send only those coordinates to MET Norway (Norwegian Meteorological Institute, api.met.no); the name you type to search for the city goes to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation). The requests leave from our server, without your IP address or other personal data; in the app in direct mode the phone makes them, so it shows its IP address to these services. You can remove the city at any time: without a city no weather is shown.
Permissions asked to Google and Microsoft
- Google: reading and changing the events of your calendars, read-only list of calendars, email address and basic profile.
- Microsoft: reading and changing calendars (Calendars.ReadWrite), basic profile (User.Read) and the standard sign-in permissions (openid, profile, offline_access).
Crocevia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why and on what basis
- To provide the service you asked for (sign-in, connected calendars, events, app): performance of the contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR.
- For the security of the service and to fix errors (technical data, operations log, reports): legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR.
- For support and to understand how to improve Crocevia (days and time of use of each account): legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR.
Who we share them with
Only with the providers needed to run Crocevia, each for its own part:
- Netsons s.r.l. (Milan, Italy): the server running the site and the database.
- Google and Microsoft: sign-in and your calendars, for the operations you ask for. Google profile pictures are downloaded directly by your device, which therefore shows its IP address to Google.
- Resend: sending the reports you submit to support.
- Tackora Account: when you ask to delete the account, our server passes to the Tackora Account service (same controller, same server) your name, your email and the identifier of your Crocevia account, to open the deletion page.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards of articles 44 and following of the GDPR offered by each provider.
How long
- The data of your account stay as long as you have the account. When you disconnect a calendar, its tokens and preferences are deleted at once and Google is asked to revoke the access.
- The days of use and the estimated time of use are deleted by themselves after 13 months, or earlier if you delete the account.
- App sessions expire after 60 days without use; signing out of the app closes the session.
- Events stay in your Google and Microsoft calendars, which handle them according to their own policies.
- Database backups are replaced by newer ones; deleted data may stay in them for a limited time, until the backup is replaced.
Deleting the account
- From the site or from the app connected to the site: menu → Delete account. The page account.tackora.it/elimina opens, where you confirm. Deletion is completed on account.tackora.it and becomes final 25 days after the request: until then you can cancel it from the link in the email or from the same page.
- When the time is up we delete in a single operation the account, all the ways to sign in (Google, Microsoft), the connected calendars with their tokens, the preferences, the app sessions on your devices and the days of use, and we close the open sessions at once. We ask Google to revoke the access given to Crocevia; for Microsoft we delete the tokens, and you can also remove the access from the settings of your Microsoft account. In the operations log only the type of operation, the outcome and the date remain, with nothing that leads back to you.
- In direct mode there is no account on our server: Sign out (app menu) deletes all the app data from the phone, including changes not yet sent, and uninstalling the app deletes them all. The access given to Crocevia is revoked from the settings of your Google account (third-party apps with access) or Microsoft account.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive your data in a readable format. To delete the account use "Delete account"; for the rest write to support.crocevia@tackora.it. If you think the processing is not correct you can turn to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Security
Data travel only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Calendar tokens are encrypted on the server; of the app sessions we keep only a fingerprint. In direct mode the data stay in the private storage of the app.
Children
Crocevia is not meant for people under 14.
Cookies
The site crocevia.tackora.it uses only technical cookies: the session one, after signing in; the one with the chosen language; those protecting forms and the passage through Google or Microsoft during sign-in. It uses no third-party cookies or tracking tools.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top; for important changes we tell you on the site and in the app.
